Could it be this one?

*disclaimer* I am making no allegations, just asking a question. The font is similar but Chinese characters are similar anyway. And this is Qi Lin Xuan, and not just Qi Lin.

I think you are getting very close to it. Just need to tie the vehicle to the company and the puzzle will be solved. [;)]

Other than the fact that the lorry was,

1. Speeding on lane 2. (His vehicle limit is 60kmh)

2. Tailgating

3. Failure to signal in due time 3 times (Go out to lane 1, go back to lane 2, from lane 2 to shoulder)

4. Speeding on lane 1/Road hogging on lane 1 (Depending on how he want to argue)

5. Failure to check blindspot

6. Reckless driving

It is nice to see so many ppl helping to share the video on facebook. Got 300+ share liao.

Good to see ppl helping in their own way. =)

Whats more, the driver maybe

7. Drink driving

8. Use cell phone while driving,

9. Distracted while driving( 1 hand driving, eating while driving etc)

10. Worse, no valid driving licence

11. Worst, driving a stolen car

Charge him gao gao!!

4 doubts :

1) why in the first place of making an overtaking ???

2) Watch the video carefully, during the overtaking it only used half of lane just to evade the rider and went back in with a pointed front to rub on rider..

3) the gap between the car infront of bike isn't enough for a lorry to fit in, even thou he DID manage to fit in the gap, biker eventually will hit the back of the lorry ... in COMMON SENSE no one IN RIGHT MIND will do that. will you ?

4) The driver is tailgating the rider for more than 2 mins, We give the driver a benefit of doubt that he is in a RUSH, has the need to overtake. But the video shown is no the case. He has the chance to go by the left side or either right side has FULL opening to go forward without any blocking from any cars. and why he chooses to use just half of lane and come back again while in he jollywell knew for the pass 2 mins there is a bike ahead where he need to overtake ??

What b-------t blind spot you talking about ?

Let the police judge??? Where is your OWN JUDGEMENT ???

Yup, my mom found this too. Lol.

Seems to fit the description of the lorry since it has a hood also at the back.

Yes you are right.

At 2:12, the shadows between the lorry and the motorcyclist were in line.

There is no way the lorry driver did not see the motorcyclist.

It is very likely the driver did it on purpose. Probably fedup that the motorcyclist blocked his lane.

This kind of driver need to be [rifle] .

This is what is see too. TS good job. Send the clip to TP for judgement. [thumbsup]

(this video clip was taken on 18012013, Friday afternoon)

GDB 2439 X, you are going to be in public scrutiny for intention to cause injury or death to other road user.

Dear Netizen, you be the judge. I am showing the full 3 minutes to show the tyrannical act of this road bully who nearly kill a motorist. The accident took place on Friday- 18012013 afternoon on PIE

The lorry driver have got no right to use lane 2 to begin with.. If i were behind him, I would've flashed him out of lane 2... and if he can't see the motorcyclist that he was tail-gating all the way before he blatantly side-swiped the poor motorcylist, then he shouldn't be on the road since he is a super blur sotong (which he is obviouslt not)!!!...
