If NOT MEANT to generate revenue, very simple one hor. Just donate all the $ collected to charities. No need every year a few times of big charity events like President Star Charity Show, etc.

Honestly they will tell us that every single cent collected by them ARE NOT meant to generate revenue, not just ERP. COE, taxes, levies, stamp duty and what not. No balls to show us how was the money spent e.g maintaining the system, road constructions, employee salaries etc.
