I was told that Pastors need to go through a 6 years course and study the Bible thoroughly . Actually I read the news it reminds me i ran into an ex-classmate of mine and he was working as a pastor few years ago, and he is 45 years old also. Makes me wonder.

True, there is no standard accreditation, if they are charismatic and selectively know some bible quotes, they can be "pastor". Same for some other religions actually e.g. temple mediums, ustazs.

my concern here is whether these youngsters participate / came with the appropriate mindset / understanding. they may enjoyed the "worship" / singing but if take away their click / the crowd, they may not be as zealous.
