u think tapping fuel line and altering it and clip to one metal tin can like that is secure?

cars now run fuel pressure of close to 100+ bar, on those high powered turbo direct injection engines

Yes can pass inspection. But probably not much use for it in Singapore since fuel quality already so good so you can't really feel any very spectacular effects, unless you have spare cash and don't mind throwing around.
