Okay I just wanted to ask - I tried to start a new thread in this FAQ sub forum, but I can't seem to find it now. I think it goes by the title of "Help for First Time Buyer of Second Hand Car" or something similar, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on this FAQ sub forum.

 

Is there a reason for this? Like maybe it has to be approved or takes a day before it gets posted or something?
