Hit and Run at ICA car park

I saw a Mitsubishi Lancer's (non-EX) front right bumper get banged in when an auntie in a Merc attempted to do a 3 point turn at the public car park next to ICA building. She promptly drove off after that. If anybody knows the driver, can have him pm me for the details of the culprit. I have it on my car cam.

 

This happened earlier today, 8th Jan 2013, at 8:49 am. I left a note on the windscreen with my contact but not sure if the driver saw it.
