received a warning letter for doing 85km/h along lornie road, 2nd warning in less than a year

my first warning was for doing 103km/h along KPE

i thought that i'm only allowed 1 warning per year? or is it subjected to TP's mood?

i feel guilty of speeding, and am willing to accept the summon, should i appeal to TP?

You should appeal and pay the fine to the TP immediately without any hesitation. They will very glad to present you a honest and donation post card and thanks you for your kind contribution.

A lot of it depends on whether there are all those posters of people wearing white with creepy-happy faces saying "Vote..." hanging around the neighbourhood that year.
