I have decided to sell my car to a friend..

We have agreed on the price..

 

Any bro here knows how can i source for the loan and insurance for him ?

 

Any paperwork for the transfer?? LTA??

The procedure and paper work needed at LTA is well documented in the LTA website One Motoring.

 

It should take you less than 10 minutes to settle the LTA related paperwork if you do not go on a busy period.

 

I sold my car on my own to another private buyer before. Hassle but still worth it as I got a much better price for it.

Previously bought my car from my cousin. Contacted ocbc car loan, submitted the loan documents.once accepted, they process the whole transaction for me, including lta transfer. The transfer was done by another company appointed by ocbc, FOC.

 

For insurance, can juz call any company. Once transfer, inform your insurance company to cancel and they should paid back some remaining to you.
