from this logic,how come all land parcel has been won by the highest bidder?can anyone explain?and why COE goes to the highest bidder as well?

 

next time all businessman companies inside need to have a ex parrot of pariahment or ministar.if not dont think of doing business in here.

its easy to say Lowest Bidder get the project.

 

but one can bid low, however during tender justification, realise that what the promise will not come to past. how you expect people to chose the lowest bid?

 

anyway we should wait for more information been dig outrather than jumping to conclusion.

Maybe mabok coy can lower the ticket prices, introduce more stylo machines, etc....coz the current vehicles i find quite "old"..

I wonder why the highest bidder who won the bid failed to retain the HiPPO. This highest bidder is said to be led by the former minister Mr Mah Bow Tan who is now the Non-Exec Chairman.

but many people will bother if he the chairman of not the highest bidder and yet can won.

I suspect two components of the tender (eg River Cruises and Harbour Cruises) or two different components of the income stream (or possibly land rental for the ticketing booths and water rental for the river?)
