anybody tried this before?

tried to find spec sheets on what exactly it does but the best i can find are a couple of youtube videos claiming that it restores engine power

 

many off the shelves snake oil also claim to restore engine power and clean the engine, but this costs $180 - $250 so it'd be a real big waste of money if it does nothing
