Maybe today is half day or they happen to be busy ? I was a long time customer of them and I find them to be a good company. Hope they are not closed as suggested.

wow good luck to you.....

i haven't patronised them for like three years.

although its package is the cheapest in town, the level of their finishing would not justify me to continue using their service.

they keep shifting their operations, from soo chow walk to toa payoh to balestier and then to sin ming. in between one move partcularly riled me as they informed me only after they have moved.

When they were at Soo Chow their grooming package price was really low, but after they moved they changed the pacckage to those three times one instead of 12 times, and became expensive and not so much value for money.

i started with them at soo chow walk, had little to complain as the price was great, the finishing still acceptable.

when they moved to toa payoh it was still quite ok even though i upgraded to a bigger car and had to pay a higher price for the polish.

but somewhere in between their tenure at balestier and sin ming, their finishing became horrible.

once, they dripped the polish for plastic onto my car body. i had to wait again for them to get rid of those unsightly stains.

then the interior of my car plastics peels off, they must have used the leather polish for it. their staff can't even differentiate what is black leather and what is black plastic.

and my car emblems loses it shine. i have a suspicion their un-trainable staff use the car polish to polish the plastic surface of the emblem. faintz

I remember Wendy was the boss, she was quite a lady . Her partner and co-worker as i heard left to set up his own shop but didnt last. I guess in this line their workers come and go and it was difficult to retain good workers, some may set up their own business and pull away customers. if Nushine's modus oprandi had remained as when they were at soo chow, i would certainly patronise them today. too bad good thing didnt last.

actually i also thought wendy was the boss. but sometiem when they were in sin ming, i was made to understand wendy was never the boss but eric is the boss. but for the incidents that happend to me, most of them happened during eric's care but the one on the stainning with the black polish, it was still under wendy. but wendy also went over to sin ming outlet for the initial few polish sessions i had there but i couldn't see her thereafter.

for me, after much rationalisation, Nushine's cheap rate per polish session is increasingly meaningless to me. i used to think that a package with mroe sessions is better than a package with less sessions if both cost the same. my simple thinking is that more sessions means i get to coat the paintwork with sealant before they are worn thin.

but then for them, their polishing skills never really did remove the watermarks. it is meaningless to enjoy the sealant shine if the watermark is still visible. and i grow tired of having to go down their premise every month either to hang 1.5 hours there or take a bus elsewhere to kill time while they do the polish.

i rather choose a car groomer who's finishing allows me to send the car in only once every 3-6 months. so after much rationalisation, i decided that quality works better than quantity for me.

A colleague introduced me his friend's car body shop, the company named Johnny something, somewhere in Ang Mo Kio industrial park. This workshop beats car panel for accident claims, and they do polishing also. Their polishing is those industrial grade one whereby they really polish untilscratches and water marks disappear, not those wax and wash type of so called polish. Friend intrduce me so price is $150. if interested i can share with you.

I think they had financial problem ever since her husband ordeal was out in the news. I also had unfinished package from them for both my rides.

Since they moved to Sin Ming, their standard dropped so much that i never bothered to go back.

Bought a 2nd hand car from them which is only 6 months old. Faced many problems over the past2 years.

1st the break was botak after only 15k mileage... Im a normal driver just like anyone...

After 5months purchasing the car, the car bonnet paint corroded.... Went to several workshop and told me that the car was repainted previously and job was not done properly.... The corrosion seems like paint blisters spread from the bonnet to left fender and door. Workshop had to scrap the paint till bear metal and redo the paint.

1year later, blisters are appearing on the car roof and just above the visor. Just unlucky on my part.. I thought i have done enough to have the car inspected at vicom.....

They have absolutely no experience in selling of cars. I suspect their so call available cars on sales are those other agent rejected and passed it to them.

I used to patronise them for car grooming between the years of 2007-2009. Their rates was one of the most competitive then in town. First yr when they operate at Soo Chow walk, the standard of grooming was still considered acceptable. It was not the most wonderful but at that level of pricing, can't really fault them. Afterwards, they shifted to Balestier and finally Sin Ming. The quality of the grooming started to deteriorate. It became worse and the prices also increased. It was still considered competitive rate but I begin to wonder too with the sub-standard quality, is it really worth the time and money even though the pricing is still ok. Fortunately, by late 2009, after my last session with them completed, I decide not to renew the package with them anymore. From the way they run the business, I not surprised their business have gone bust.

Now I paid for a much better grooming company. Cost a lot more but looking at another perspective, it last much longer and also far easier to maintain my ride. Felt quite worth it also with the excellent service rendered too.

What happened to her husband? I din hear about it. I thought they have to close down because the way they run the grooming business its only a matter of time it happened. I was surprised to see one of the mediacorp celebrity who used their services when I was there in 2009..

Nushine Autocare Grooming Pte Ltd [Closed merchant]

Nushine Automobile Pte Ltd [in operation]

Same guys?

Oh...which means they only close down the car grooming business but continues its resale car business operations? sounds logical too since with the skyhigh COEs, resale car market had seen very brisk business.
