My Airwave when idling vibrate violently

Ha, I drv the Accord too...its 5 speeder auto box could be better in terms of up shifting and resultant acceleration but it's handling is more superior to the Camry which I tested as well.

 

The free revving ivtec engine and powerful AC are the other pluses.

Hahaaaa so coincident .. Actually I was reluctant to get another honda .. But this accord the previous owner maintain it till v good .. Tested drive Afew altis .. Dunno y all din take care of their car, interior damn dirty. . Heheeee .. N accord parf value is much much better ..

hi, i also experiencing the same issue.

 

every morning, after engine start, the first time gear engaging,engine will vibrate, also going to flat, but again will rev up. but th gear seems not engaging....i have to put back N and re-engage again.

 

for normal drivng, also experiencing the vibration while stop...

 

anyone have the same thing and could share the idea??

 

believe is the gear issue...what can be done??price??

Heard full rebuild is ~3k.

Think these Honda CVT issue is mostly on CVT paired w Starter clutch but not for those paired w Torque converters?

so far i repaired mine and car no vibrate issue or engine jerk anymore. very happy with the ride.
