I have been reading a lot of those scandals which nearly peppered entire 2012.

 

My curiosity is.... why are these always backdated like last year or in 2010?

Why aren't the legal proceedings "current"?

 

Unless ............. Could it be everything was consensual until the "victims" decided to emo mo mo and blackmail the "perpetrators"? Failing which they report to police.

Love is always sweet in the beginning.

Over time.....love fade....soured.......then problems and arguments happen.....and the final straw is one side shout rape or decide to blackmail.

It always happen to powerful men, because of the trophy to gain and the payout settlement eventually.

case was filed in early but need to queue to court schedule.

Need time to investigate, to make sure the guilty ppl are charged, file report, submission to court for proceedings, book date for attending court, take queue number. There are also priority given to murder cases, general elections blah blah blah. Investigations really takes time, areas where they have to apply for warrant to search here search there. Dan there are so many other ongoing cases. Dun question so much unless you are on the inside and know what is going on. Just let ppl do their jobs.

Things like food taste better when they are fresh. Not the same for juicy cases, a bit of delays won't hurt As for why the delays, other bros already explained

Saw on CNA that they charged the 16th person in that underage prostitute case. He is number 16 of 51. The courts are certainly taking their time getting through all these guys!
