14k and 37k COE are not the lowest by any chance, COE drop to below 10k in Y2009. Nothing good or lucky to be paying 14k or 37k for COE.

Agree...anything that you pay more than S$1 COE is not lucky...it just another tax money for the white...

In 2001, CAT A was like 30K range.

Given a chance, most of us don't wish to pay for COE....

 

I mention most but not all because there are a few elites here always asking for higher COE and higher ERP charges...
