14k and 37k COE are not the lowest by any chance, COE drop to below 10k in Y2009. Nothing good or lucky to be paying 14k or 37k for COE.

Cannot compared COE price with the super low period la. But if you compared the COE from 2010 until now, paying 37K back then consider quite low.
