ECU for WRX

Hi all bros,

Just took over a wrx 2.5 (M) & found out that the whole car was tuned via a HKS F-CON V PRO.

It's a gold colored box sitting inside my glove box compartment.

I felt that the car was kinda out of tune & wondering who tunes HKS v-pro in sg?

I'm on open source tuning on my previous ride 2004 wrx 2.0m all the way since 2008 so I'm kinda new to this HKS f con v pro thing.

 

I think someone in BKS does HKS F-Con. You need to call and ask.

in sg, only garage r got lisence to touch hks fcon.

fcon v pro is hks high end ecu.

few years ago, they charge 5k for the ecu + tuning.

not sure about the pricing now.

Wa, still must go Garage R to re-tune. Hopefully their pricing are reasonable.

If not will be selling the F-con v pro & revert to stock ecu and reflash.

retune should be in the <1k range. keep the fcon vpro la.its a premium standalone. think theres a nagivator add on unit for map selection.

fcon not easy to sell, very few poeple would want to touch fcon, yeah, but it's good stuff or should i say expensive stuff.

Yeah everyone's going for reflashing nowadays, not much demand for f-con. Best just use it, if can find a tuner you trust who can work with it even better.

BKS mok does fcon is, I think he does not do Vpro.. I think Vpro is solely in GR domain for local tunas.
