Jman888 Moderator February 13, 2017 Share February 13, 2017 For those who travel to Taiwan during winter season please take note of the water heater problem in some of the budget hotels or minsu. 熱水器釀CO中毒 9星港客送醫 中時電子報作者林郁平╱台北報導 | 中時電子報 – 2017年2月13日 上午5:50 台北市大安區和平東路三段民宅五樓12日凌晨發生一氧化碳中毒事件,5名香港籍遊客送醫救治後無礙。(趙雙傑攝)觀賞相片 寒流席捲全台,許多民眾緊閉門窗禦寒,北市昨日在1天內就發生2起因熱水器裝設在陽台,卻無強制排氣裝置,導致空氣不流通、一氧化碳中毒的意外,共造成9名來自新加坡、香港的外籍遊客身體不適,所幸經送醫後皆無大礙。2起案件也意外曝露外籍遊客疑似入住非法日租套房問題,觀傳局將進行清查。 昨日凌晨1時許,4名住在光復南路某公寓5樓的新加坡籍遊客,在洗完澡後突然感到頭暈不舒服,4人趕緊自行下樓並打119求援。消防人員到場,發現該戶熱水器裝在陽台,且無強制排氣,加上陽台窗戶緊閉,才導致現場一氧化碳濃度達40PPM,消防人員立即開窗通風,並疏散隔壁另2名住戶及其愛犬。 事後房東低調表示,4名星籍遊客是來借住1天,消防局已將資料通報給觀傳局,調查是否有違法出租情事。 無獨有偶,1個多小時後,和平東路3段某公寓再傳一氧化碳中毒意外,且也都是外籍遊客,救護人員將屋內4女1男、共5名香港籍遊客送往三總救治。 遊客心有餘悸地表示,來台借住友人的住處,沒想到洗個澡竟會發生意外。消防局發現,同樣也是熱水器裝設在陽台、無強制排氣惹的禍,現場一氧化碳濃度達40PPM。 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
