No buffering or anything. Why pay for what you don't need. you're probably not a heavy user. Your internet is free? Then how much do you pay per month for your home phone line? For 40 bucks, i get a free phone line, a mobile 3G sim with 1GB to use on the go and 100mbps on fibre optics with M1. Pretty reasonable if you ask me.
