ram kerb, incorrect pressure etc are all acts of misused by customers not manufacturing defects so of course warranty not covers....

These abuses wil b very hard to prove either way.

But tires sud have allowances fr this cos its very easy n common problems fr tires.

How customer can b sure if he ever hit kerb b4 or allowed pressure to drop by a few kpi?

Most local companies very unlikely to make it easy to claim.

I tell u so far i only find Ikea warranty easy to claim. I damaged a drawer while assemble ty also change fr me. I see ang mo use cutting board till falling apart n return ty also change. I was really shocked.

if a person is not technical enough of course cannot prove, but if is technical enough, there are physical signs to see. there is this poster by dunlop showing all sorts of issues on tyre (improper balance, incorrect pressure, incorrect mounting etc etc), see whether i can take a photo and post it here, very interesting.

not type in full may leads to misrepresentation/interpretation

my friend bought tyres from authorized dealer, one wheel cracked after a few months (others good) and his first though is change new tyre...it has NEVER entered his mind to claim warranty. Some will feel a bit shy to demand for change after a few months (in their minds the warranty is good for the first few weeks). As many of u know, even claim for car fault from AD must have thick skin and often must possess more technical knowledge than them... always get the "its normal lar" and "no problems here" from them (even after 'win' they pretend to do something to ur car but nothing significant is done, until u are fed up with the taking leave from work to send car for repairs)

I bought a new bmw. It came shoed with with new bridgestone tyres direct from bmw plant in germany. Jialat, it is not from local AD so my tyres are going to burst?

If you are not a paid advertiser, then do not advertise. Even if you mask it smartly :)
