almost wanted to get a new phone, then realised, heck, just change battery. Ebay sells replacement kits for $10.

I took replaced the screen and mute button on the iphone 3 before. Damn troublesome, especially the mute button, need to take out almost everything in the phone.

to think how much 3rd party charge for changing battery

 

this seems like changing watch battery

 

the battery is really cheap (branded) if you buy in lot

but shop charges between $5 to $25 just to change battery

 

talk about mark-up

My wife's 4s suddenly can't charge though when at zero batt, the phone wakes up when charger plugged in. However charging is not done. Change charger also the same.

still ok but charge drains faster than normal. When i reach home, 20% left....for me i no happy [:p]
