This promo simply means worse case you get 50cents coupon for $3 of used coupons, the rest they sisnt state how many they are giving out.

 

Maybe 10,000 each or maybe just 1 each and run out already. :p

Note: limit of one of each item (other than $10 for new parking coupons) per person. Not limited to Kia drivers/owners and no pressure to view or buy their cars. Although they ask you to write your contact number and car model, I suppose you do not have to actually own a car!
