Yeah, it's now at Changi. The Pasir Panjang one is the local distributor Achieva. Go through the RMA at Changi is much faster than sending to Achieva, unless the HDD is past it's original manufacturer's warranty of 3 years and into the extended 2 years warranty by Achieva.

 

Crap. I wasted my time going all the way there to get lemons after lemons.

Eventually found a not so lemon HDD.

non-IT ppl wont know that External HDD cannot run 24/7 but it also contridict lah.....if u r not IT -pro, u wont deal w server also.
