so here is to discuss about to put hid or not to put hid OR where to put hid cheaper?

 

if is to discuss about to put hid or not to put hid i most likely wen say a word.

 

by the way, you ever seen a touch light can shine far far and when place right infront of your eyes those eyes can still open wide wide? just asking

on a side note, for cars fitted with original HID, is it ok to change the color tempreture of the bulbs? from 4300k to 6000k ?

Forgot the brand. But it got Phillip printed on it. Unless yours is using HB4 housing. Else, forget it. I have to tell you first, it is illegal to use HID on retrofit car. But if you have to want to use it, I'll just sell to you. Don't say I never warn you. It is your risk to take.

why not go for aftermarket DRL cum projector headlamps? the eagle brand fr taiwan seemed like good QC since they compared themselves w china made ones..

Ti install hid u also need to change e whole reflector housing cos throw is different.

 

But its illegal n cannot pass inspection.

 

U wan brighter lights to drive up to msia? Just get brighter xenon bulbs.

 

Philips hv a range of good quality bulbs starting wh premium (30% brighter) to xtreme (abt 90% brighter).

 

Jusr remember to adjust yr aiming so u dun blind other drivers. Especially in msia. Ty might throw a brick tru yr windscreen.

I DIY installed projectors into my headlamps, followed by HID. No glare at all.

 

So for those who want to have HID despite it being illegal, at least make sure you have projectors to support the HID.

 

HID works best with projectors.

Good hid wh auto leveller is good fr dark roads like msia.

 

But low quality hid is rubbish n ty dun last long either.

 

My jb ws recommend to me a couple hundred rm only. I said thanks but no thanks. Hahaha.

My advise it: DO NOT INSTALL HID light, you can blind others driver ( which you do even know. ) in front, once you grow older, U will understand.

 

Do not do unto others, if you do not want other to do unto U.

Sp road are bright enough, dun feed the accessories shop, I have never depends on such light in my 28y of driving experiences, let alonne had any near accidents.

 

IT is not what types of car U r driving, IT is the driver's mindset and attitude tt matters.

 

Once you install HID, other driver will ' siam ' U then Thy go behind U and U will get the same treatment, LPPL.

imho, if u wan juz ask WS to adjust the throw more pointing towards the ground rather dan high up and shooting into ppl's rear view mirror and blind ppl... provided WS willing to help u adjust as it can be done...

last time my camry i installed PIIA HID 8000k, cost around 1k if i remember. my car become nicer than GS, very bright (i set to shoot ground not high one) and very good for use in malaysia NSHW.
