SJD2135D Avante, please please please

I think we all have our own threshold for tolerances.

 

I do not bother to report for cases where the driver flout a traffic rule but did not endanger others. e.g. illegal u turns.

 

Examples of cases which I have reported involves real risks of safety where the driver did not exercise caution at all and nearly resulted in accidents.

 

I reported this 2 months ago and is trying to follow up with TP on their action.

Avante driver, please be more careful especially when you are carrying a full load of passengers.

 

This happened outside NUS.

My lane is the last lane for turning right (straight or right).

Green light comes on, I right turned to the last lane.

Avante SJD2135D with a full load of passengers turned beside me and attempt to take the last lane at the same time without checking.

I had to brake really hard. Can see my pendant flying around.

Put me in a really low mood after that.

Should i report to TP?

I think you are actually in the wrong! You were travelling in the Red Zone for the bus which does carry a fine and maybe demerit points! The other car was about to move into the lane outwith the red zone (albeit not a very long dotted line there!) but point taken that she should have been more careful!

 

Depends cos full-day bus lane is only operational from 7:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not applicable

depends on the day bro. if you look at the top left hand side of the video, it says 13th oct, 9pm. if i recall correctly, full day bus lane on any given day is only until 8pm ... so your point is ...?

not only you..a lots of ppl still thinking that full day bus lane is really full day...

but if you no need to go in...so best is dont go in and delay bus timing...

Yes you are right. The vehicle number of the Avante is SJP2135D.

I corrected on Youtube, but not able to edit this thread title and my post.

I think nv mind la. I know u are angry. we are human and we do make mistake and get distracted at time.For me I will be piss too.. but asked ourselves. We do at time c--k-up on the road too..having say that just be more careful. Keep a look out for each other..be safe.
