All Korean wordings leh....

each model will have 3 files available for download, 1 of them will have English words "PC Player" in the name, that's pretty self-explanatory. Of the other 2, 1 will be in PDF format, so that's the manual (it's in Korean, so not much use, but you don't really need it anyway), which leaves that last file the firmware (which will be in zip format).

Not too hard to decipher. Either that, or you open in Chrome, and click on the "Translate" pop-up.

if you are referring to updating of firmware, if I remember correctly, copy the .bin file to the root directory of the SD card, and put it back into the camera and power it up to update. you will have to re-do the settings after a firmware update if I'm not wrong, so don't be alarm if the camera switches back to Korean language.

if you are using the ITB-100HDSP model, then v1.3 is already the latest.

Are you using PC Player v1.4.0? I think you have to use that with firmware v1.3

did it work? I think you will need to have the SD card access by the computer with PC Player 1.4.0 installed, and the settings saved by adjusting within PC Player will captured onto the SD card, and enabled within the camera when it loads the same SD card.

Are you using a SD or a micro SD? I have experienced this problem twice. Both times it was due to faulty memory card. Do note that the adapter for microSD can also be faulty. Hence, remember to change the adapter too! Hope it helps.
