Actually these enforcement cable-ties are just as effective as handcuffs. Ifyou watch those reality TV in FoxCrime channel those US police also use cable-ties on the gangsters and criminals they caught.

 

I guess the police didn't tie him tightly enough, fail....kinda reminds me of some SAF goondoos somehow. Gib them effective tools and equipments also can screw up.

Yup. And in this case also, the student may get fined, but paramedic got to suffer the punch... I don't think there is any compensation that the student has to pay? Or maybe in mitigation later on?

 

I'm surprised this kind of disorderly student, already on probation, can still remain in poly.

Maybe subject going hospital but police not following so never use his cuffs.
