yep........maybe the excuse given for not paying is this is not accident, it is just tough luck from flying debris. no direct collision between these 2 vehicles

My speculation is that one dislodged fragment of the debris unfortunately found its way and got wedged within the right wheel arch (front) of the matrix. The front right wheel essentially kana wheel locked and the matrix simply fishtailed to the left.

actually you can take it positive ly.

 

1/2 a second earlire, the debri might instead end up in the driver head.

Seems like the almost all of the cars crashes these days are caused by modified exhaust systems ...No wonder LTA now catch people with non-approved exhausts.
