Was on the way to turf club around 2pm and was lucky to exit at adam just before the jam.

 

On the way back, eng neo was jammed all the way to PIE and PIE (towards jurong) was like a big carpark.

I watched the video on how this matrix overturned, actually he was sway because the opposite lane speeding car lost control and hit the center metal divider, the impact casued a piece of metal railing "shoot directly to the matrix right side (looks like back door or rear wheel) and the impact caused him to lose control of his wheel and flipped. Very interesting, I think the driver should be fine, watch the video below:

If you look closely, it was actually caused by a flying debris from the other direction of the expressway. It flew onto the brown car and there it goes...

Both side of traffice affected..??
