The first section is what appears to be genuine accidents. The second part is indeterminate, general stupidity or inept scam attempts, hard to say.

 

The third part is the gist of what the video is about. These are the common scams. Spoiled phones or laptops are smashed against expensive cars (the BMW X5) and the owners are asked to compensate full retail value. A lot of these people work with a partner who also acts as a witness.

 

The final portion with pedestrians jumped on hoods is people working in conjunction with corrupt cops. Cops are waiting around the corner with a civilian car full of fake witnesses. As soon as they see that the victim car has a dashcam, they all drive off.

i remember seeing one clip where the driver get down the car and wallop the scam actor big time.
