Some bosses here just think they own everyone's ass. Say what also no use.

 

If that's the case, you should leave that company. One day, the boss of the company will realize why ppl keep leaving his/her company. This may actually create loss of productivity, efficiencies and profitability in longer run that not feel immediately.

Just like when I was working in Japan 5 years ago.... Really loved the job.... come crunch time, worked continuosly for 48 hours.... Really deteriorated my health....

Correct, esp i find those people in high management level, they dont mind to be contactable 24/7, anywheer they go! Even they are overseas, you also can call them. Maybe this is due to their responsibility and high pay, that's why they dont mind.

Of course the people in high management don't mind to be contactable 24/7. They just need to answer the call, and then they will activate the subordinates to do the ground work and fight the fire.
