Writ of summons

Hi, Thanks a lot. My deposit was not released which is ok since I had an excess in that insurance. It was settled with the car rental company right after the accident.

But, this Police summon is what worries as I might need to travel to Malaysia again. I just checked with the Rental company now, they are checking with the Police.

Its going to be a very tedious process and $$$ to excercise Writ of Summons on overseas party if you dont respond ..... so you make the call anyways the Rental Company would have already paid out the damages to the other party from their Insurance component
