Corrosion salt build-up.

Clean it with baking soda + warm water.

Then put a coat of grease on it.

Pour some coke, scrub with an used toothbrush, wipe dry with tissue paper. Lastly, spray plenty of WD40 will save the day..

B24 - describe the dimension and size

LS - left (positive), big terminal

65 - specific to individual manufacturer, larger number usually means more AH, ampere

mine after 2yrs also have the powdered buildup but not as much; cleaned off few days ago while wiping engine bay after washing car.
