My workshop clause in insurance?

Hi just like to check what does this clause mean?

 

I did not take up this option..

 

my car was rear ended by a taxi thus i check with my insurance coy, they told me i can go to other workshop to repair even i didn't took this options

applicable when you claim ur own insurance.

 

but when u claim taxi insurance, it doesn't have anything to do at all with ur own insurance coy/contract/clause.
