MSCP under lift upgrading- kenna summon

Came back late on Sat after mid-nite, circle twice MSCP, all fenced off, Top floor with heavy metals barricades / parked within my blk, all cars has been parked since UPgrading last 2 mths,

 

Only my car kenna summoned -$100/ Can some one explain ?

 

A) Summon Opicer likes my car

B) Summon Opicer like the way I park my car

C) Against Conti Car

D) Another Conti car parked in front of mine, ' Bo Tio '

E) My Lucky day

F) Buy My Car no.

G) Write-in and gve em a @?

H) Ignore it !

Don't understand. So where did you park to kerna the summon?

- MSCP closed for lift upgrading,

- Parked his car at the void deck,

- other cars parked there for 2 months,

- only TS car was fined

Write in, best to adopt humble tone and ask for some understanding... since the usual mscp closed for upgrading. Should be allowed. After all, the fact that others have escaped fines for so long shows that they already try to close one eye.

 

Anyway I also don't understand what TS trying to communicate actually. Proper, simple, punctuated sentences would certainly help :-)

 

Other cars parked illegally for two months not fined? Means TS also managed to escape fines for the past two months of upgrading work??
