U can try the Seletar Mee Hun Kway/ Sheng Mian, located at the back facing the carpark. Always long queue, prepare to wait long.

 

I like the Mee Hun Kway, it is good.

Let me ask my father about this. If you remember last time in Seletar Hill FC, his style of chew kang mee literally chew kang. He simply use his fingers to pinch bite size globs of noodle dough. Cannot find anywhere else one. [laugh]

 

But when you eat his noodles, really feel like it is home cooked noodles. Believe it or not, i heard that some "ban mian" stalls make their soup stocks by opening 1x can of Maling luncheon meat and throw into the boiling water to serve as flavouring base. :wacko:

 

I'm not surprised at all if this is true.

 

That's why outside food can be really bad for health........
