Ram Set up

As of this point the Ram mount was by far the best looking holder and style from the Chinese suppliers and ProClip installs. We went with the mount that screws to the chair rail. The install contains eliminating the chair secure setting up their platform and re-installing the chair bolt. The Ram mount has a long flexible arm that allows you place the iPad where is required. here is the photo...

i wonder are there those that can just hang off the passenger seat like those bronchures on those taxis. Velcro strap type.

Nope not really. decided against it in the end.

 

Aliexpress should have some stuff. But mechanical one.

I think the SIIG Headrest Car Mount for iPad kind of mount for the back passengers is kinda cool.

 

DIY method: ($5 for Velcro, $10-20 for head rest cover, spare cover)

Ever saw a DIY mount for the lighter Samsung / Ipad models, what they do is to put Velcro (those $5 super strong kind from DIY stores, get better quality ones with those large teeth) paste one side to a spare ipad cover and the other side on the back of the headrest (cover, not the leather seat). Works well enough, just not that stylish.

 

This kind is also quite nice :)
