Terryble Neutral Newbie September 20, 2012 Share September 20, 2012 Like to ask if anyone knows how the immobiliser for a CS3 lancer look like. Is it the red piece in the center? Was looking at purchasing a new casing with duplicate key and inserting the red piece; but not sure if it can be used.... ↡ Advertisement

MLS Clutched September 24, 2012 Share September 24, 2012 I have been told that CS3 does not have immobiliser. I thought so initially until the staff at C&C explained to me when i changed my battery there. That feature only comes for a few cars like Grandis and bigger makes. There are immobiliser in CS3 key, If you happen to drop ur key the small metal piece of immobiliser will drop. If drop then your car wouldn't be able to start. Alot of CS3 driver encounter this problem before. So take note and take extra care of the key. :) ↡ Advertisement
