My wife just received a speeding summon stating exceeding 70KPH along Lentor Ave towards AMK.

The penalty is 6 demerit points + $150 fine.

I suspect traffic eye around this area.

A few months back, I personally saw a man sitting beneath the MRT tracks just after Yishun Ave 1 towards AMK, holding a camera and pointing at the back of the cars.

 

Identical to the one posted by Adrianli on how the Malaysians were catching speedsters in NSHW with speed cameras.

This stretch of road is popular...... Pls rmb to look up at the bridge and you will be able to see TP 'shooting'

 

Some drivers simply speed even when approaching the bridge....

Whatz there to be careful if u dont speed. Lentor Ave is not an expreessway but I hv seen car zooming way above the speed limit there.

My brother recently received a letter for reckless driving at a junction which he din drive by, so he appeal.

 

All I want to say is, recently TP hav been issuing letter using those junction camera and they are not always accurate.

Ok. That place less likely to speed as I just hit the expressway and filtering to lane 1.

While coming back usually a jam at Punggol road exit.

 

More tricky is the overhead bridge next to Ikea/Giant.

Usually everyone cheong around that stretch.

Not this one. TP is on overhead bridge ard Bullion park condo. Coming from Yishun, it is before the junction of Lentor and Yio Chu Kang road.

Yesterday, saw TP on the bridge along Lentor Ave heading Yishun between YCK and SLE flyover on a raining day.

The bridge actually provide the TP a little vegetation cover due to the plants growth.
