Pmet 3rd Gear September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 HDB will always be HDB with no facilities, for the masses, family people, people who drive BAB cars or no car at all. What warrants 500 PSF for HDB when brand new 99yr condos are going for around 1k PSF? Though I would agree somehow that the costs are all relative. Remember, when GCBs are sold for 100M (2k PSF) doesn't mean HDB prices must close in. It's all different categories! Private is for the speculators/rich who can afford to loose $$$ whereas HDB is for the masses who earn fixed salary. HDB must be protected from speculation at all cost!
