Taxi should use station wagons...as in some European countries. Sedans don't have a tall cargo area so for passengers with big luggage it is a headache! :wacko:

just saw a black one on tpe...heng bo buy this model

 

Not sure if it will lower resale price of W212, if so, will consider to get one at "taxi" price.

It is not entirely bad to buy car models which are used as taxi... cos it must have a certain level of standard and reliability so the taxi company is willing to buy it as investment.

 

I would not mind if I have the chance to buy one, IMO. [;)]

At this level also not brand appeal wat.... the bar has been raised so much in Singapore that when we talk about the E Class segment, we are talking bread-and-butter car liao... just buy whichever has better deal and accessories, lower operating cost, certain level of prestige.

 

It is just like what Singaporeans used to talk about when we were buying Toyota and Honda as bread and butter cars... in this day and age, just replace the Toyota and Honda with MB and BMW, if you can imagine it....
