Cyclist these days definitely own the road.

Saw this in 2 different places today. 3 cyclists take up half of a land at Aljunied Road (about 1045am) and at Bedok centre. [drivingcar] I was making a left turn and a cyclist did not stop or slow down to check. I knew he act blur and I also act blur wanted to turn but slow down, than he lift up his hand and ask me why and point at the double yellow line. [hur]

Isn't this the book they follow? What did they do wrong? For the second video looks like he is turning right. If he is turning right nothing wrong ma. He also stopped at the lights. So nothing wrong also right? Unless he never turn right lo.

But I agree more and more cyclists are getting reckless and don't follow the laws. Many don't signal. Just like the car drivers. Dunno if the drivers learn from cyclists and change lanes without signalling or the cyclists learn from the cars.lol.

As bicycle is a vehicle legally, Road Traffic Rule is also applicable to Cyclist.

Ya. But both videos don't look like anything wrong. But never show the cyclist changing lane so maybe he's trying to say the cyclist never signal before changing lane?

Driving to Changi Village last Sunday, a group of more than 10 angmo cyclists were riding 3 to 4 abreast. What's more, they didn't even bother to stop at the red traffic lights.

Maybe they thought here, Cyclist has the right of way [laugh]

In European country, cyclist and pedestrian are the biggest on the road.

In China, truck has the biggest say on the road

the first video is just to show how danger if those cyclist ride on the road in a not so well lighted area....

The second video, if you watch from the start..the cyclist did not ride on the most left side/corner of the road but in between the two lane..

the white car zoom passed me and have to siam the cyclist. and yes, he did not give signal by hand that he want to do a right turn.

For 1st video, it is dangerous because the bicycle does not have bright rear light. Since there are a number of them, it would be blind not see them.

For 2nd video, the only reason the cyclist did that is because need to do right turn. The only thing i think is dangerous is cycle on the edge of middle lane.

In Sg, pedestrian is the biggest on the road. All other road users (including cyclist) owes a duty of care toward pedestrian.

Well, maybe but they definitely taking the road now.

Brothers and Sisters, presenting the Singapore Ultimate Motocycle...ops...sorry, it is the Motocycar...on 8 sep morning at Bras Basah/SMU area.

Looks like a Motobike (have a motor, have side rear mirrors, have storage box at the back), Ride like a Bicycle (have pedals), Move like a Car (riding/driving in the middle of car lane).

He was traveling along Selegie Road towards Bras Basah Road (Bencoolen road closed so there is this single lane created on Selegie Road for vehicles to drive towards Fort canning).

He was riding in the middle of the lane, gave him a light horn to alert that I was behind, he horned back, overtook at the light (as in the photo below).

Then he turned left behind the blue truck into Bras Basah Road.

Yup definately a kampung turtle if you consider that to be a road that's not well lit. The streetlamps and the rear led tailights not enough to see them from a distance? Or were you speeding?

Look carefully. He was already completing the process of filtering then keeping to the left of the lane as the law dictates for ALL wheeled vehicles on our roads. There was also no need for him to signal from anytime in your video as he was already in lane/turning/filtering in the two instances when your video captured him.
