Previously i think the thread started on Monday once the quotas are known. I almost forgot there is even exercise this week then i realised no one started the thread.

Ya i was thinking of that when i was phrasing the title. But i thoughtt "Open Bidding Exercise" is more specific that it is a thread regarding THIS particular round of bidding. If put "COE" in the title wait become another "COE thread"

Definitely fun, heartbeat will increase during last few mins for no reason as well, lol.

But it only last about 15 to 30 mins each time and only happens twice a month. I think recently very interesting cos everybody curious how the various measures affect the COE market. From next month onwards likely to be less interesting cos the market should be more stable up to Dec/Jan when ppl start to buy to beat the Feb COE cut....

70k-75k odds 1.2

75k-80k odds 1.5
