Hurryup Clutched August 31, 2012 Share August 31, 2012 Hi guys, can help give inputs on these 3 tyres? I am looking to change my tyres next week. 205 55 16. ↡ Advertisement
Jenius81 1st Gear August 31, 2012 Share August 31, 2012 Price wise definitely hankook and kumho will be lower. I have the same shortlist earlier this yr when I changed my tyres. Went for e hankook eventually. 210 each for 17 inch. Compared to the ps3 which is going for 320 each my decision was made up fairly quickly. Read on most online reviews that the hankook is quite competitive with the ps3.

Ckchong8 1st Gear August 31, 2012 Share August 31, 2012 Hi guys, can help give inputs on these 3 tyres? I am looking to change my tyres next week. 205 55 16. Difference specs so depend what's your priority $ or performance? Currently on kumho ku31 as per your abt so far wet & dry grip is good only noise level abit high but bearable. Heavy shower along NSHW with pool of water traveling at 110kph no issue but maybe depend on the ride bah.. Whereas the other 2 have yet to try. Typhoonz 4th Gear August 31, 2012 Share August 31, 2012 If you ever go for the KU31, make sure it's from Korea... I had a bad experience with Vietnamese KU31...
Hurryup Clutched August 31, 2012 Author Share August 31, 2012 I heard Pilot Sports 3 quality varies very great. Diff country diff quality and also heard of inferior parallel import ones. S1 Evo apparently is the Hankook flagship tyre.. So I am really considering.. Threadwear, braking handling etc..
