My previous ride oso like tat. While others is having 13-16 but mine was onli 9-11. 2) driving route - as my wife is driving the car to work in the morning. She was travelling fr bt panjang to toh guan thru bt batok road. Along this bt batok road, normally the traffic is quite heavy wif many start n stop. However, when i drive to work thru kje, i can get around 10+. But this result is still bad 😫. My previous ride i change my tyre fr 195/55/r15 to 205/55/r16. I complaint to the service ctr why my consumption was so bad. They reset the ecu many time but stil cant resolve. Then they say mayb is my tire is wider n bigger.... i told them cannit be la. I hv frens having even bigger tyre n their consumption is stil better than mine. They just cant explain it and nothing i can do abt it.... The paper spec for our m6 consumption is 16.67km/l i think but i dun think it is achievable la. Until now i m stil wondering why my consumption is so bad. No. 2) Do u need to remove the tyre from the rim? No. 3) If above 2 qns is no, how to mask out the disc brake n oso the tyre? Oso how to dip the inner part of the rim? I used black trash bag. Refer to this youtube video...that's exactly how I do it. You don't need to cover the tyre as any overspray can be removed easily. When you spray 6 coating, you would cover most part of the inner rim on those area that can be seem from outside. If you want cover all inner rims areas then you can consider removing the rims. 4) the plastidip is it like those spray paint type in a canister? U were saying u using 4 cans so average is 1 can per rim. Yes. http://www.mycarforum.com/index.php?app=sgcarstore&req=showprod&product=75074 http://www.plastidip.com.sg/products/1-plasti-dip-aerosol.html?limit=16 http://list.qoo10.sg/item/COLOR-DIP-RUBBER-SPRAY-PAINT-PLASTIC/422555169 5) How long it takes to complete this work? How long it tks for the dip to be dried? In between each spray I waited 15 mins. After 6 coating I move the car in front a bit to touch up some parts I missed. About 2+ hours to finish the job. 6) Where can get this in Singapore? http://www.mycarforum.com/index.php?app=sgcarstore&req=showprod&product=75074 http://www.plastidip.com.sg/products/1-plasti-dip-aerosol.html?limit=16 http://list.qoo10.sg/item/COLOR-DIP-RUBBER-SPRAY-PAINT-PLASTIC/422555169 7) Do they hv other color besides black? Yes, This is how I wrap my disc with black trash bag. Avoid windy place to do the spray. Edited July 4, 2015 by War3craft2003

No point compare with other drivers since their driving pattern and habits are different. My FC is average 10.9 litre per 100km.if i measure FC for 1 day usage it is ard 9 litre per 100km. If mostly running on exressway easily 7-8 litre per 100 km but once city driving it will be high. By the way I am heavy footed.alway more then 3k rpm start off esp going into expressway worse..haha Edited July 5, 2015 by War3craft2003

Mrmilktooth Supercharged July 5, 2015 Share July 5, 2015 Try to reach gear 6 fastest and then cruise at 80ish. Fc on ur display should be 5-6+ L per 100 km On highway cruise can even get 4ish on flat roads.

Yes, thats consistent on my car display thats why i dont believe my car got problem but its my leg and mainly driving pattern...haha I believe how we drive off is also important as my display can show as high as 50-90 litre per 100km.If city driving then its quite high FC due to many traffic lights. Run in period for first 1000 km I relax. Drove slowly still 14+km/l. After that drive faster to cruise. Now hoot sport mode to Cheong to 120 on highway then come back to normal mode in city. Fc will get better as engine works. All e seals n oils run better Ma. Until first oil change , then will be e best better fc
