Advice needed from bros on getting used car

Thinking of getting a used honda civic 1.8. Have shortlisted 2 cars. One is the PI model, 1.8g, price cheaper by bout 1k, 4 months newer, offered trade in that is 3k higher. Got spoiler n bigger rims. Omv about same. The other is AD model 1.8 vti-s, got mirror side indicator, paddler shifter n steering controls. Mileage both about the same.

 

Which would be a better buy?

AD model will be better in my opinion, you can call up AD to check the servicing history and also can know if the meter is being tweak
