Enye Hypersonic November 19, 2015 Share November 19, 2015 (edited) maybe every 2 weeks go there 1 week cannot find, either too young no experience or got family commitment cannot go Precisely my point, you need to find a suitable candidate first then tailor make a package to entice him/her to go No point talking about salary expectation before candidate is found Edited November 19, 2015 by Enye

Staff69 Hypersonic November 19, 2015 Share November 19, 2015 Number 4 very hard to control. They will say it is donation. it a norm there, the sales person take a cut with the reseller and jack up the price to the retailers. they clinch the deal cos the give some to the purchasing guy from retailers but consumers find our prices higher than grey market . cant change their culture

Wt_know Supersonic November 20, 2015 Share November 20, 2015 (edited) that's why if posted overseas ... the income must be at least 50% more + benefits in terms of future opportunities during or after the overseas stint is one to seek and grab but in terms of risks ... why take the risks if the money is not good? i got a buddy posted to Dubai for a short stint, come back resign and went to Dubai ... lol Just to share, just last week, i have a collegaue left the company after his contract to work overseas ended and there are no relevant position left for him to return to our hq.
