Blue bulb in projector head lamp when off?

Will it be visible when use a blue bulb in a projector headlamp?

 

I know its damn obvious when you use one on normal headlamp.

Not visible, cos the lens eye is frosted.

Had such a blue bulb in mine, can't see the blue colour commonly seen in normal reflector headlights.
