Sounds to me like one of the big transport companies.

Banquet is a halal foodcourt.....and many of my friends and colleagues rather go to somewhere else 'cos they sometimes want something that Banquet couldn't provide......pork.......perhaps if they were to switch to what other chains are doing that only some stalls are halal while the others are not, maybe their business will improve....

Just my 2 cts.....

Seldom eat out.

Prices have been climbing up.

During work, I use staff canteen

Not working - home cook.

I agree that if they cannot attract enough customers, FC shouuld change business model, or tactics,

Closing down is also one option to stop further losses. Let some other operators run FC.

But I think the % population of non-Halal eater is larger....but I could be wrong......anyway if I were restricted in choice of food, I'll go somewhere else which normally in a shopping center there will be one.... [cool]

Neutral Newbie

wondered how kopitam do so well

are they related to NTUC

since all operators should have fairly similar business plan and strategy

given that singapore is so small
