Looks like a hantu pushing the pram,. does not look like a full size human. The scaling is weird from the photo, fish eye lens is it?

Hi,

 

I did pass by the accident scene yesterday morning at a later time, ard 6.50am. I did not witness the accident so I cant help much. The aftermath of the accident scene should be still in my in-car recorder. If u need the video, let me know. Otherwise it will be overwritten by this weekend.

..we have spoken to the driver and there are 2 other cars present and many others who can be witness to the accident. Witnesses, please step forward. Victim was struck at the middle lane, junction of Canberra road/sembawang vista towards the direction of Sembawang shopping centre. Victim was hit on the front right side of the car and head smashed against the windscreen and rolled over the bonnet."

Anyway , something needs to be done to increase the legal responsibilities of reckless driving. If the victim suffers any injuries , the driver only gets away with a ban or fine? Just imagine , you have the possibility of killing someone which is perfectly innocent and people get away with a simple ban or short jail term? While the victim loses his/her life or ability of live well.

 

I do really think the law needs to be revamp to punish drivers more severely. I am a driver , but i have my parents on the road as well. I seriously don't wish my parents to be in such a state. Hope the victim recovers from this mishap.

I really see no point jumping into conclusion before the verdict is out. Everyone seem eager to point the finger at the driver but there's 2 sides to the incident. It's sad to know someone is badly hurt but let be fair to the driver first and till further verifications.
