I think it should be on Lane 1.

I noticed the road is not even on lane 1 after the bend and there is somewhat a little hump.

 

Speeding through that part, and not expecting that bump will most likely cause the driver to lose control.

Bingo. And if you want to drive slow on unfamiliar stretch of tarmac, move over to lane 2! So many bloody hoggers on that stretch. BMW, Merc, Audi, etc all driving bloody expensive and good cars but no skills to match. Of course bread and butter makes can be seen as well.

Yes, it is an accident-prone spot, i lost count of the number of times i see people drift out of lane one because they cannot handle that bend at the speed they are going. I myself nearly crashed into the guardrail once.

 

I once even saw an Estima upside down on its roof at that bend.

 

I'm no big fan of speed cameras, but that spot is one place that needs one

jeez, I still think that there are hoggers on Lane 1 everyday ... I use this road everyday and everytime sure got slow-f--ks hogging the Lane 1 at the bend. Like what 1 chap just said, if you can't handle the bend, stay on LANE 2 !!!

 

fyi, I'm not even travelling fast - 100kmh at most.......
